Major rework to improve code quality and add automation checks (#805) * delete secant method - it is identical to regula falsi * document + improvize root finding algorithms * attempt to document gaussian elimination * added file brief * commented doxygen-mainpage, added files-list link * corrected files list link path * files-list link correction -
